One of the top questions that Google gets is “Who am I?” Let’s think about that…who are we truly? Are we just humans who have no soul? What is a soul? How do we communicate to that soul? These are…

4 Ways to Practice Gratitude Today and Everyday
Gratitude
Thank you is one of the most powerful things you can say. This simple appreciation is what sets your mind up for positive thinking, and directs the universe to bring you more of what you focus on. What you focus on expands, so if you practice daily gratitude, as often as you possibly can, the universe has no choice but to bring you more of it. But how can you practice this seemingly simple act of gratitude daily?
4 WAYS TO PRACTICE GRATITUDE TODAY AND EVERYDAY
1. GRATITUDE OUT LOUD
Saying out loud exactly what you are grateful for is a very effective way to bring emotions into your appreciation practice. Try taking a daily walk in nature and let G-d know what you are thankful for. See the gratitude, hear the gratitude, smell the gratitude, feel the gratitude, and even taste the gratitude. If you don’t have time for a walk, I personally voice out what I am grateful for in my car while going to work.
Here are some things that I say every day:
Thank you G~d for my life

For my business
For my children
For our health
For listening to me
For my nannies
For my staff
For my garden
For my home … I think you get the idea.
Gratitude without feeling it is not effective. You genuinely need to feel the emotions of gratitude for the Law of Attraction to work in your favor. These gratitude affirmations create a new pathway of thinking that will eventually become automatic. You’ll soon notice that everything you are grateful for shows up all the time.
2. GRATITUDE JOURNALING
The vibrations of the written word are powerful. The act of writing alone instills learning, improves memory, and helps you feel the emotions behind
what you are grateful for. Take 10 minutes every day to write 3 things you are thankful for. Use descriptive words to really explain why you are thankful for these things, places, or people in your life. The best part about gratitude journaling is that you can look back at your diary and truly see that you have so many things to appreciate in your life. It helps put your life into perspective and literally changes your brain into noticing how blessed you are. This is the first step to shifting to a positive mindset, and it really works. Trust me.

3. GRATITUDE MEDITATION
Breathing is everything. It’s the first thing you do when you enter the world and the last thing you do as you exit it. With breath comes a sense of relaxation and calmness, and with this calmness comes clarity. Take 5 or 10 minutes every day to breathe, be still, and visualize the blessings in your life. This process will train your brain to automatically think of wonderful, spectacular, and beautiful things in your life. Meditation in itself is life-changing, but choosing to focus on gratitude and peace will take your meditation sessions to the next level.
4. GRATITUDE FOR OTHERS
Telling your loved ones how much you care and appreciate them is probably the most important ways of showing gratitude. We definitely should be doing this more often than we actually do. So, let’s start to show our appreciation for our friends, family, colleagues, and even strangers every day. All we need in this world is love, and recognition is a powerful source of love. Tell someone how much you care for them today.
Once you embark on your gratitude journey, your perspective will change. You will begin to notice the blessings in your life, and the challenges will start to look like an opportunity for learning and growth rather than sheer failure. Take 3 deep breaths right now, and think of 1 thing you are grateful for. Feel it in your bones, see it in your mind, and appreciate it in your heart.
How do you show gratitude in this world that is unpredictable?
