Communication with Oneness

 What did YOU SAY… I cannot HEAR YOU. 

Communication is vital in all organizations, including your family life.  What we don’t know is that we all speak in “different languages,” and most of us don’t truly understand how to communicate effectively. Why? Because there is an extra layer of the unspoken word that needs to be understood.  Interestingly enough, once you learn the simple steps to understanding language and the usage of words, you will start noticing that you can achieve any outcome you want.

This is critical for communication regarding negotiations, divorce, family peace, understanding people and where they stand.

Would you like to hear someone say something and know exactly what to say back?
Would you like to close more deals and have win-win situations where everyone leaves happy and understood?
Would you like to know what your children want from you even after you say no?

Becoming an engaged communicator means everyone in your life wins. From your grandparents and children to your business partners and co-workers.  Do you want to express your needs and wants effectively, so the listener truly understands you and doesn’t have to try to figure out what you mean? Wouldn’t it be wonderful if you never had to wonder “Am I speaking in English, why don’t they see what I’m talking about” ever again?

Knowing these modalities and principles helps us understand why we sometimes think people are not listening when the truth is we are in our own communication modality, and we are thinking in a way which is not theirs. 
A person who is visual will say things like, “I see what you mean” and “I’ll look into that,” whereas an auditory person could respond with a phrase like “I hear you”. If you are more of a kinesthetic communicator you will use the words feel and know more. What kind of communicator are you? 
Communication with oneness can result in a powerful transformation for people, teams, families, and governments because learning to communicate together by understanding how others process information, think, see or feel is where connecting really begins.  Listening to the words people say and using their style of communication will help them hear and understand you better.
